Eligibility & consent
You must be authorised to use the mobile number and payment method provided. If you are below the legal age to enter into an agreement, a parent or legal guardian must give permission and authorise any purchases. Review and accept the Terms of Service before subscribing.
Subscription service
The Daily Pack costs KES 15 for 1 day and provides access to available games for the selected subscription period. Internet and mobile data charges are separate and depend on your network provider. Review the price and billing details before confirming.
Responsible use
Use TheGameio for personal entertainment. Do not misuse another person’s account, attempt unauthorised access, distribute harmful software, interfere with the service, or use automated methods to exploit games. Keep your account details secure.
Content & availability
Games, artwork, and branding belong to their respective owners. Access does not transfer ownership or permit unauthorised copying or resale. The catalogue may change, and maintenance or technical issues may interrupt access. Performance depends on your device, browser, and internet connection.
Service terms & updates
Review the current Terms of Service before subscribing. Nothing in these terms limits rights available under applicable law. For account, game access, or billing enquiries, use the form in Help Center.
Information you provide
The Help Center form collects your name, email address, and message so the support team can respond to your enquiry. Subscription access uses the mobile number you provide and your subscription status.
How information is used
Your support enquiry is sent to the service’s support email inbox. Subscription information is used to verify subscriber access and manage subscription requests. Provide only the information needed to explain your issue.
Session cookies
The subscription service uses a session cookie to recognise a verified subscriber. Signing out ends the subscriber session. Signing out or closing your browser does not cancel a recurring subscription.
Security & protection
Keep login and verification details private. Never include a password, one-time verification code, mobile-money PIN, or full payment credentials in a support message. For concerns about account access, contact the team through Help Center.
Privacy enquiries
For questions about information submitted to TheGameio, or to request access, correction, or deletion, send a message through Help Center. Explain your request without including sensitive credentials.
Daily Pack
TheGameio’s published Daily Pack costs KES 15 for 1 day and includes unlimited access to available games, mobile access, and basic support. Check the current offer on the subscription page before confirming.
Activation
Use the subscription page and follow the confirmation instructions for your mobile number. The published service terms also provide SMS activation: send GI to 21063 from your Safaricom number.
Billing & renewal
Payment authorisation, applicable charges, and renewal conditions should be displayed in the subscription confirmation flow. If a recurring subscription is offered, review its billing frequency and cancellation instructions before authorising it. Mobile data charges are separate.
Cancellation
To cancel TheGameio, send STOP GI to 21063 from the subscribed Safaricom number. Closing your browser or signing out does not cancel recurring billing. Keep any confirmation message for your records.
Billing & refund enquiries
For billing, cancellation, or refund enquiries, use Help Center and keep your transaction reference and subscribed mobile number available. Do not send payment PINs or verification codes. Your rights under applicable law remain available.
